Can I pay by cheque?
Yes you can. For your first order by cheque we will wait one week for your cheque to clear. we send goods out within 48 hours of receiving your cheque. First orders by Postal Order, or Counter Cheques written by your bank or building society, will also be sent within 24 hours. We only accept cheques in pounds sterling.

Please make sure your payment includes postage and packaging .Please mark your cheque guarantee number and your home address on the back of the cheque. Make cheque payable to kerla crafts and send to:

DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

We will despatch goods within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) of receiving your order. If we cannot despatch your goods within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) then we will email you to let you know what the problem is, you can then decide whether to wait.
Goods are sent using Second Class Mail. For larger items we use a Next Day parcel courier.
Postage charges for bulk orders will be confirmed.

Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to anywhere within the United Kingdom, . We do not currently send goods outside of united kingdom
